When you need it
The subtitle you downloaded is English-only and you cannot keep up; or you want Chinese subtitles for family members who do not read English. What you need comes in one of three forms — Chinese-only subtitles, or bilingual subtitles with Chinese on top, English below or English on top, Chinese below — and this tool outputs all three.
How to do it
Open the AI Subtitle Translator and drop in your English subtitle file (SRT, VTT, ASS, SSA, SBV and TXT are all recognized, or just paste the text). Leave “Source language” on auto-detect, set “Target language” to Simplified or Traditional Chinese, and click “▶ Start translating”. When it finishes, pick a content form in the export panel on the right: translation only (monolingual), bilingual · original on top (English above, Chinese below), or bilingual · translation on top (Chinese above, English below), then choose a file format and download.

Two common problems
Names translated inconsistently? The AI translates in batches, so the same name can come out two ways. Put “source → translated name” pairs in the glossary (e.g. `Watson → Huasheng`) to keep it uniform throughout.
Subtitles drifting from the picture? Translate first, then fix the timing: the timeline toolbar at the top of the workbench has a global offset and scale control — see Subtitles drift out of sync toward the end.
